MyRemodelQuote reads the photos live on every run — conditions, complexity flags, and scope are generated fresh, not scripted.
The floor plan is drawn to scale from real wall positions captured by the scan — not interpolated from photos.
The admin portal is live — rate card, callout list, company profile, team management, and branding are all functional.
Photos you add here are used in the analysis and auto-deleted within 24 hours.

What's limited in demo mode

Pricing uses a sample rate card. Your real rates, contingency, and callout list replace this entirely via the admin portal.
Living Room has no LiDAR — dimensions are engine-estimated from photos only, clearly labeled.
PDF download and Send to Client Email are disabled — available in your live account.
CRM push is on the roadmap — custom integration into JobTread, CoConstruct, Buildertrend, and others.
