MyBuilderQuote is a professional estimating platform operated by Equity Solutions Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when contractors and their teams use our service to generate trade estimates.
Contractor account information. When an account is created, we collect the company name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business address.
Team member information. When a contractor invites team members, we collect their email addresses and assigned roles. Authentication uses email magic links — we do not store passwords.
Client information entered by contractors. Contractors enter client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and project addresses when creating quotes. This is stored as part of the project record.
Project photos and files. Photos, drone images, and floor plan files uploaded during the estimating process are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 object storage. They are used solely to analyze scope and generate estimates, then deleted according to the retention schedule below.
Session data. We use HTTP-only session cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photos, floor plan files, and other uploaded materials are processed by the MyBuilderQuote Engine, which uses Anthropic's Claude API for visual analysis and scope generation. Anthropic processes these inputs under their own privacy policy. Images and files are transmitted securely and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing of a single request. Contractors and their clients should be aware that project materials are processed by this third-party AI service.
We recommend that contractors obtain appropriate consent from property owners before photographing or uploading materials related to their property.
Project photos and files are automatically deleted when a quote expires (after the validity period set by the contractor) or when a signed project is pushed to the contractor's project management system.
Active account data is retained for the life of the subscription. If a subscription is cancelled, account data including rate cards, branding, and quote history is preserved for 90 days to allow reactivation. After 90 days, all account data is permanently deleted.
Builder credits are frozen upon cancellation and expire at the end of the 90-day grace period.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Project files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls — files require signed URLs to retrieve and are not publicly accessible. Authentication uses cryptographically secure single-use tokens with 60-minute expiry. We do not store passwords.
Data isolation: Every contractor's rate card, client data, and quote history is completely isolated from every other account. No other contractor can access your pricing or project data under any circumstances.
MyBuilderQuote is a business-to-business service. Contractors are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to collect and process information about their clients and project sites, and for informing clients that their information will be processed through this platform.

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie required for authentication. It expires after 7 days or when you sign out. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders.
