These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyBuilderQuote, operated by Equity Solutions Network LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
MyBuilderQuote is a professional estimating platform for trade contractors. It accepts photo inputs, floor plan uploads, and guided room builder sessions to generate scoped estimates organized into Good, Better, and Best pricing tiers, based on the contractor's own rate card. It is not a licensed estimating service, a financial advisory tool, or a substitute for professional judgment.
MyBuilderQuote is a business-to-business platform intended for licensed contractors and their authorized team members. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All estimates generated by MyBuilderQuote are preliminary and for discussion purposes only. They are based on engine analysis of photos, floor plans, or guided inputs and are subject to the accuracy of the contractor's rate card and the quality of the inputs provided. Actual project costs may vary materially from generated estimates due to site conditions, material price changes, code requirements, unforeseen scope, and other factors.
MyBuilderQuote does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any estimate generated through the platform. Contractors are solely responsible for verifying estimates before presenting them to clients.
MyRemodelQuote subscribers may purchase builder credits to access MyBuilderQuote features without a full subscription. Credits are non-refundable and are tied to the subscriber's active MyRemodelQuote subscription. Credits are frozen upon subscription cancellation and expire permanently 90 days after cancellation. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Access to MyBuilderQuote requires a paid subscription or active builder credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The $49 first-month fee is charged immediately at signup. After the first month, the full plan rate is charged automatically unless cancelled.
Upon cancellation, your account environment — including rate cards, branding, company profile, and quote history — is preserved for 90 days. If you reactivate within 90 days using the same owner email address, your environment is fully restored. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
You may not use MyBuilderQuote to violate any applicable law, upload malicious content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, share account credentials with unauthorized parties, or use the service in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Your rate card, client data, and quote history are completely isolated from every other account on the platform. No other contractor can access your pricing or project data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUITY SOLUTIONS NETWORK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
